Harold Moore Financial Portfolio Harold Moore was born to parents George and Ellen Moore on the 16/06/1959. He grew up in the beautiful village of Ballintra, County Donegal, a county that he still resides in til this day. At a very early age he developed intense and highly-focused interests in financial matters and would later channel those interests into studying finance. He attended De La Salle secondary school in Ballyshannon from 1969 to 1975 before going on to Sligo Institute of Technology from 1975 -1979 where he graduated as a Certified Accountant.  During that period he achieved several Ulster School medals in Gaelic football. He also won medals in the Donegal badminton Championships as well as other minor achievements. After his graduation, Harold, spent the next number of years practicing with chosen accountancy firms to make him more self-assured in all financial situations and solutions.
